Products that run on us first
AI native means the repetitive functions of your business run on AI agents, and your people do the work only people can do. We build those agents, run them on ourselves first, and sell them to businesses like yours.
The phone, the inbox, the follow-ups and the reports run on AI agents. They work nights and weekends without being asked.
Your people decide what the business does. Which job to take, what to charge, who to trust. The agents bring them the facts.
You can read every call summary, every report and every text. What runs in your business belongs to you.
The hours come back because the functions run without you. Khirad sells time. AI native is how we deliver it.
Each one runs a single function of a business. Two are live. Two are in early access.

You inspect. Survaneo writes. Field capture, findings and the finished TREC report, done on site before you leave the driveway.

Security approvals that keep projects moving. One queue, an AI first pass for the security team, re-reviews and pen tests chased to closure.
For security teams and the project owners waiting on them
The rental-property assistant. Tenants text repairs and questions to one number. Keyvio replies, logs the request and arranges the visit with the landlord's repair vendors by text.

When no product fits, we make your business AI native by hand. We start with one week inside it. Then we build the first function and leave it running.
Companies with departments: the same loop at department scale, starting with a one-hour conversation with the director.
I'm Faraz. I spent 25 years building software, as an Enterprise Architect at a Fortune 10 company and across Pakistan, Germany, Saudi Arabia and the US. Most of those years were spent at the seam between business and engineering. I turned what a business needed into something that could be built, shipped and kept running.
Everywhere, I watched owners spend their one finite asset on work a machine should do. So I built Khirad. Khirad (kher-ad) means wisdom. The hard part was never the AI. It is knowing where it gives you hours back, and where it does not.

The repetitive functions of your business run on AI agents, and your people do the work only people can do. The owner keeps the decisions. The agents keep the clock.
No. Agents take the repetitive hours: the call at 2 AM, the follow-up nobody got to, the report typed up at night. Your people keep the judgment work and get those hours back. Nida is the model: your front desk keeps their job. She takes the calls they cannot reach.
Nida and Survaneo are live and you can use them today. Feneka is in early access. Keyvio is in early access by request, with no public app yet. The lab items run in public as demos.
We set clear limits on what the AI can see and touch, so it helps without quietly creating a risk you will regret. Careful data handling is built into how we work.
No. You talk to Nida on the phone. You use Survaneo on site. If we build for you, we talk in hours saved, set everything up and leave your team able to run it.
If you do not want your time back, we are not for you. Also not for you if you want a chatbot for its own sake, or a transformation deck. We build working agents that return hours.
Nida is answering that number right now. Ask her anything you would ask a receptionist. If no product fits, book a 20-minute call.
