The rental-property assistant.
Tenants text repairs and questions to one number. Keyvio replies, logs the request and arranges the visit with your repair vendors by text.
For landlords.
Handling the repair text.
Before, the week you have
- A tenant texts you at 10 PM about no hot water.
- In the morning you text the plumber, then text the tenant back.
- The thread lives in your phone and nowhere else.
After, the same week
- The tenant texts the Keyvio number. Keyvio replies and logs it.
- Keyvio asks your plumber for a time and confirms it with the tenant.
- The request, the visit and the record of the work sit in one place.
Illustrative. Your hours depend on how many units you manage.
