Services

When no product fits, we make your business AI native by hand.

One week inside your business first. Then the first function built and running. Then, if it earns its keep, the next.

How we work

Find the hours. Free them. Guard them.

No hourly meter and no twelve-week discovery phase. Most owners start with the audit and grow from there, once it is earning its keep.

Find

The Time Leak Audit

One week. $2,000 flat. Full refund if it was not worth it.

One week in your business. The Time Map, the receipts, the ranked opportunities and the first fix already running.

Free

Implementation Sprint

Fixed price, agreed after the audit.

We build the function the audit ranked first, wire it into the tools you already use, and leave your team able to run it. You own everything.

Guard

Ongoing Partner

Monthly. Cancel anytime.

Software needs looking after. If it is earning its keep, we stay on to keep it running and growing. If it is not, we leave.

The audit

What you get for $2,000.

Not a report that sits in a drawer. Five things you can act on the day we leave, plus one that is already working.

  • 01
    The Time Map

Where your hours actually go, measured from your real week. Not a survey. A map, built from a kickoff call and watching how the work flows.

  • 02
    The Receipts

We test your business the way a customer does. We send the inquiry, submit the form, time the response. You see what a new customer experiences.

  • 03
    5 to 10 opportunities, ranked

Every place AI can give you hours back, ranked by hours saved per week and dollar impact. Honest guidance on each: do it yourself, buy a tool, or have us build it.

  • 04
    One fix, implemented

The highest-value thing we can safely build in the week. Something small, real, and running before Friday. Yours to keep either way.

  • 05
    The 90-day roadmap

What to do next, in what order, with what payoff. Hire us, hire someone else, or do it yourself. The plan works regardless of who builds it.

Monday

Kickoff

Sixty minutes. We map where your time goes and agree on what to measure.

Tuesday

Shadowing

We watch the routine work: staff interviews or screen recordings, your tools, your data. No meetings.

Wednesday

Receipts

We test your business as a customer and time what happens. Quietly, without disrupting anyone.

Thursday

The build

We build the one fix and test it against your real work.

Friday

Findings

Sixty minutes. The map, the numbers, the fix running, the roadmap. You keep all of it.

$2,000fixed price, paid upfront, one week
  • Full refund if you tell us it was not worth it. No questions, no form.
  • No hourly meter. The price is the price. Scope is fixed before we start.
  • You keep everything. The report, the numbers, the fix, the roadmap.
  • What it is not: the build of the full systems. That is the sprint, priced separately after you have seen the numbers.
Mid-size companies

Companies with departments.

The same loop runs at department scale. One department at a time, its repetitive functions move to agents and its people keep the judgment work. It starts with a one-hour conversation with the director.

Principles

What I won't do.

Waste your time. It is the whole point.

Your hours are the asset this company exists to protect. Every engagement is measured in hours returned, not features shipped.

Build something I don't believe will earn its keep.

If a week in your business turns up nothing worth doing, I'll say so and you'll only pay for that week.

Use jargon to pad an invoice.

If I can't explain what I'm building in plain English, I shouldn't be building it.

Lock you into a retainer.

Everything I build is yours. You can run it without me from day one.

Tell you AI is magic.

It is a tool. Most of the work is figuring out where it actually gives you hours back, and being honest about where it doesn't.

Who does the work

Faraz, founder.

25 years building software, as an Enterprise Architect at a Fortune 10 company and across Pakistan, Germany, Saudi Arabia and the US. Most of those years at the seam between business and engineering. The audit week is mine. The fix is built by me.

Questions

Fair questions.

How much of my time does the audit take?

About two hours from you across the whole week: a 60-minute kickoff call, a few short answers while we work, and a 60-minute findings call. The rest is ours.

What if you find nothing worth building?

We say so. You keep the report and the roadmap, and you have our honest no. We would rather lose a build than sell something that will not earn its keep.

Do I have to hire you afterward?

No. The report and roadmap are yours. Some owners have us build the first system. Others take the plan and run it themselves. Both are fine outcomes.

Next step

Your week is leaking. Measure it.

Book a 20-minute discovery call. If the audit is not a fit, we will tell you on the call. Want a quick estimate first? Run the 60-second calculator.
